  5. Question so you don’t have to loose the tension cable for clutch all the way before doing this?

  6. the design in these machines, if you consider it,..it is pretty damned amazing. The whole bike is a precision piece of machinery,, dont know about yall. but I just marvel when working on my bike at just how damned amazing the whole contraption is. Owner of SP600, XR600 and CRF450. yeah I am a dirty guy. Good video and thanks.

  7. Do I need an actual torque wrench or can I just use a ratchet. How do you know which order the plates go in. The plate set I bought is a EBC brakes-CK series and of all the 9 plates…theres only 1 that is the smallest(or skinniest)! I have a 1999 Suzuki gsxr600???Would it also be a problem if I used synthetic rather than regulare 4 cycle motorcycle oil???..This is my first clutch replacement that I am gonna do on my own!…This is a GreatVID by the way bro. Thanks man! 9. How did you resealed the clutch cover? Used OEM gasker or some liquid gasket?
Great video BTW, a life saver!

  10. Man I really appreciate this video. My clutch is slipping like crazy and being a novice in bike repair brought it to a shop who quoted me around £150 to change the clutch plate/springs and oil. A clutch plate can be bought for £50 off the net. I’m gonna give it a go myself with the help of your video. Massive Thanks from North London. UK
